Production Process:

Using high purity ceramic fiber cotton as raw material, our self-developed environment-friendly production equipment was used to form the inorganic board without secondary calcination.


Characteristics:

The new inorganic ceramic board contains very low organic matter. It is smokeless, tasteless.Strength and hardness can increase when exposed to open fire and high temperature.

With the use of new equipment, production technology and formula, the new inorganic ceramic board has more accurate size, more delicate and smooth surface, extremely low shot content, low thermal conductivity and small thermal shrinkage.

It can be cut into corresponding size according to the use requirements, and can be processed by drilling and cutting. It is an ideal environmental protection high temperature heat insulation board for wall hanging furnace, electric furnace and oven.

The size of traditional organic fiber board is 10-60mm,too thin board has no strength and is fragile, too thick board is hard to dry, easy to moldy deformation, and easy to be of "cotton core".


Non calcined inorganic fiber board, with its high density and easy to dry characteristics, ensures the high quality of fiberboard, and makes it extremely thin and thick without deformation.


Very low organic content, < 1.45%

If the traditional organic board wants to be smokeless and colorless at high temperature, it must be calcined twice and dipped again after finished. The organic content is still very high, and the internal strength of the fiberboard can not be guaranteed.


Because of its high-quality inorganic glue formula, the non calcined inorganic fiber board does not need to be calcined, so it is really smokeless, tasteless and colorless.


High strength, can do any carving


Due to the characteristics of silica sol binder, traditional organic board can't form high-density fiberboard at one time. It has to be dipped again after first finished, so the internal strength of fiberboard can't be guaranteed.


However, the non calcined inorganic fiber board can be formed at one time to achieve the density of 400 and above. The internal and external strength is the same, and can be carved into any desired shape at will.


No mildew, no waste water, environmental protection and energy saving


Traditional organic board production uses starch, which is easy to mildew; The waste water produced will inevitably pollute the environment.
